    Cooking Instruction
    1. Placing frozen items on steamer.
    2. Steaming 6-8 min and they are ready to be served.
    ( The suggested steaming time is around 6-8 minutes ,but it depends on the type of steam equipment you have.)

    How to steam xiao long bao by a steamer:
    Caution - Do not defrost xiao long bao.

    1. Place 6-8 pieces xiao long bao on steaming plate with a little bit oil. (Remember to make space between each piece)
    2. Pour 180ml of hot water into the steamer and cook for 5-6 minutes then. (Noted: please use a timer)
    3. Open the lid cover (let steam come out from the steamer) and keep cooking for 5-6 minutes more.
    If you would like to cook with smaller portion, you might need to adjust the steaming time.
