Taiwan Bao Cooking Instruction

料理包- 扣肉(Taiwan Braised Pork Belly Bao)
Soak the sachet in boiling water: for 10-15 minutes.

料理包- 雞排(Taiwan Fried Chicken Bao)

- 氣炸鍋: 退冰後,180度4-5分鐘
Air fryer: After defrosting, cook at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes.

- 烤箱: 退冰後,200度15分鐘
Oven: After defrosting, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

刈包 Guabao

- 蒸: 電鍋/蒸籠(中火),5-10分鐘
Steam: Place frozen buns into a steamer, and steam the buns with medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

微波: 表面灑水,維波爐加蓋,中火(700W)40-50秒
Microwave: Place the frozen bun in a microwavable container spray a small amount of water, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 40-50 seconds (700W).


Suggestion: Enjoy it with your favorite lettuce, spice, or sauce.
